Requirements

  • •University degree in engineering or computer science
  • •Certification in quality assurance is a plus
  • •Minimum five years of experience in Quality Assurance
  • •Professional experience in Software Systems development
  • •Experience in Ground Segment Systems is a plus
  • •Knowledge of system engineering standards
  • •Experience with ISO 9001 and QA standards
  • •Experience with cloud computing and Docker/Kubernetes is a plus
  • •Excellent analysis and presentation skills
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Plan and perform project quality assurance activities.
  • •Define and tailor Quality and Product Assurance requirements.
  • •Organize reviews and provide key project quality indicators.
  • •Identify non-conformities and facilitate project risk management.
  • •Support maintenance and evolution of operational ground systems.
  • •Manage technical investigations and follow up on findings.
  • •Define Quality and Product Assurance requirements for contracts.
  • •Monitor implementation and report deviations and anomalies.
  • •Support acceptance processes, including inspections and reviews.
  • •Provide expert support during technical investigations and milestones.
  • •Participate in internal and external quality audits.
  • •Ensure contractors' processes meet EUMETSAT requirements.
  • •Gather and implement lessons learned from TSS projects.
  • •Provide Quality and Product Assurance training to personnel.
