Tasks
- Develop and maintain project-specific QA/QC procedures
- Align procedures with client and company quality systems
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulations
- Promote a culture of quality and safety
- Support internal and external quality audits
- Monitor construction activities for specification compliance
- Inspect Civil, Structural, and Architectural works
- Verify Mechanical and Electrical installations
- Confirm works follow approved Inspection and Test Plans
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and records
- Ensure traceability of materials and installation processes
- Manage quality dossiers and turnover documentation
- Review and verify subcontractor technical submissions
- Ensure submissions meet design and project standards
- Provide technical quality support to construction teams
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports for specification deviations
- Track corrective and preventive action implementation
- Identify root causes with teams and subcontractors
- Verify site materials meet approved standards
- Coordinate and review construction material testing
- Liaise with third-party laboratories to validate performance
- Review commissioning documentation for MEP systems
- Coordinate with commissioning teams on quality requirements
- Witness inspections and commissioning activities
- Resolve quality issues with consultants and vendors
- Support site teams with quality improvements
- Participate in coordination meetings to address risks
- Report on quality KPIs and project metrics
- Provide quality dashboards to project management
- Participate in project handover and closeout activities
- Ensure accuracy of final quality documentation
- Prepare client turnover packages for operational readiness
