Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Engineering, Supply Chain/Procurement, Operational Excellence or equivalent
- Relevant combination of degree and experience
- Strong affinity for IT
- Working with procurement suite as Key User (Coupa or SAP Ariba and SAP ERP)
- Good to excellent proficiency in Excel
- Appetence for latest technological trends (AI applied to Procurement)
- Basic understanding of computer systems (server, client, datacenter)
- Solid analytical mindset
- Detail-oriented, structured and precise
- High degree of reliability
- Sense of responsibility
- Willingness to learn together
- Willingness to improve the status quo
- Ability to communicate complex principles to various audiences
- Adaptable communication tone
- Fluent English
- Fluent German
- Other European language (e.g., French, Italian) is an advantage
- Convincing personality
- Motivation to go full gas with team
Tasks
- Work closely with the Head of Procurement on governance and process design
- Lead continuous improvement projects from analysis to implementation
- Support end-to-end procurement processes and ensure compliance
- Provide expert insights on P2P and contract processes using Coupa
- Drive new module implementation and deployment in Coupa
- Develop procurement reporting and analytics dashboards
- Consolidate complex datasets from Coupa and SAP ERP
- Handle spend, savings, and contract lifecycle data
- Analyze market rates and benchmarks for strategic priorities
- Collaborate with Group Finance for financial monitoring and control
- Assist Management with data analysis and improvement measures
- Support Product Portfolio Management, Sales, and demand planning
- Build trustful and personal relationships with teammates and stakeholders
