Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a chemical-technical field (e.g., chemical technician, mechatronics technician, or electronics technician)
  • Good understanding of physical-chemical and process engineering relationships as well as chemical technologies
  • Professional experience in the operation of process engineering large systems in shift work
  • Knowledge in preventive maintenance
  • Physical fitness, including G26.3 and shift suitability
  • High teamwork skills to collaborate effectively and safely with others
  • Service orientation: Strong commitment to the needs and satisfaction of internal and external customers
  • Safety awareness to recognize potential hazards early and take targeted measures to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Good communication skills to convey information clearly and precisely
  • Willingness to take responsibility for own actions and decisions
  • Ability to systematically analyze problems and develop effective solutions

Tasks

  • Operate and monitor the plant from both the control room and the field
  • Analyze process flows and assist in creating and optimizing plant processes
  • Identify and resolve disturbances
  • Actively participate in scheduled plant shutdowns and preventive maintenance
