Requirements
- •Completed vocational training in a chemical-technical field (e.g., chemical technician, mechatronics technician, or plant mechanic)
- •Good understanding of physical-chemical and process engineering relationships as well as chemical technologies
- •Professional experience in the operation of process engineering large systems in shift work
- •Knowledge in preventive maintenance
- •Physical fitness, including G26.3 and shift suitability
- •Experience in fire protection or engagement in the fire department (ideally)
- •Crane and/or forklift license or willingness to acquire
- •High teamwork skills to collaborate effectively and safely with others to achieve common goals
- •Service orientation: Strong commitment to the needs and satisfaction of internal and external customers
- •Safety awareness to recognize potential hazards early and take targeted measures to prevent accidents and injuries
- •Good communication skills to convey information clearly and precisely
- •Willingness to take responsibility for own actions and decisions
- •Ability to systematically analyze problems and develop effective solutions

- •Steer and monitor the facility in the control room and outdoor areas
- •Analyze process flows and assist in creating and optimizing facility processes
- •Identify and resolve disturbances
- •Actively participate in planned facility shutdowns and preventive maintenance
