Requirements

• •Completed vocational training in a chemical-technical field (e.g., chemical technician, mechatronics technician, or plant mechanic)
• •Good understanding of physical-chemical and process engineering relationships as well as chemical technologies
• •Professional experience in the operation of process engineering large systems in shift work
• •Knowledge in preventive maintenance
• •Physical fitness, including G26.3 and shift suitability
• •Experience in fire protection or engagement in the fire department (ideally)
• •Crane and/or forklift license or willingness to acquire
• •High teamwork skills to collaborate effectively and safely with others to achieve common goals
• •Service orientation: Strong commitment to the needs and satisfaction of internal and external customers
• •Safety awareness to recognize potential hazards early and take targeted measures to prevent accidents and injuries
• •Good communication skills to convey information clearly and precisely
• •Willingness to take responsibility for own actions and decisions
• •Ability to systematically analyze problems and develop effective solutions

Tasks

• •Steer and monitor the facility in the control room and outdoor areas
• •Analyze process flows and assist in creating and optimizing facility processes
• •Identify and resolve disturbances
• •Actively participate in planned facility shutdowns and preventive maintenance
