- •Strong technical background in Linux system administration
- •Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities
- •Ability to present technical issues to non-technical audiences
- •Ability to operate in a fast paced environment
- •Knowledge of ITIL Process Framework

- •Drive Knowledge Transfer process and capture SOPs.
- •Ensure all configuration items are imported and discovered.
- •Complete deployment and tuning of monitoring.
- •Configure prioritization and queuing of incident tickets.
- •Set thresholds for automatic problem management.
