- Plan for and troubleshoot resource bottlenecks.
- Resolve issues with application, web, and database performance.
- Develop creative solutions for technical challenges.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Own projects and drive them to timely completion.
- Quickly learn and adapt new technologies to the infrastructure.
- Utilize open source software to adapt solutions.
- Design and deploy enterprise technologies.
- Prioritize and resolve multiple customer inquiries.
- Assist with escalations from L1 and L2 engineers.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to learn new technologies.
