  • •Drive group-wide Strategy 2026 initiatives
  • •Engage and motivate teams throughout the transformation
  • •Implement effective change management strategies
  • •Ensure changes are understood and embraced in daily operations
  • •Plan and design change initiatives
  • •Translate strategy into actionable plans
  • •Lead and manage transformation and change initiatives
  • •Develop and optimize organizational structures and processes
  • •Drive digitalization and system projects
  • •Collaborate with the Product team on technical solutions
  • •Oversee performance and KPI tracking
  • •Identify improvement opportunities
  • •Prioritize initiatives within a continuous improvement framework
  • •Ensure clear communication with teams and stakeholders
  • •Take ownership of projects for sustainable execution
