- Select project core team members
- Establish project organization and communication
- Set up initial project plans
- Plan and ensure compliance with Automotive processes
- Protect project data confidentiality
- Track project progress and define corrective measures
- Conduct project reviews and follow up on deviations
- Control project budget and resources
- Report project status using valid tools
- Execute professional change management
- Assign work packages to team members
- Promote cooperation and teamwork
- Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation
- Ensure project profitability
- Escalate issues when necessary
- Cooperate with relevant stakeholders
- Manage product lifecycle from G10 to G90
- Ensure on-time, qualitative, and quantitative product delivery
- Coordinate product-specific activities for production
- Steer cost reduction activities
- Optimize volume planning and inventory management
- Mitigate risks and improve operational performance
