- Contribute to business case preparations
- Support technology transfer projects
- Conduct feasibility checks
- Define plant and equipment specifications
- Optimize manufacturing processes
- Perform profitability analyses
- Ensure smooth technology transfer and implementation
- Drive qualification of machines, systems, and processes
- Generate compliant GxP documentation
- Develop engineering solutions for manufacturing challenges
- Implement OPEX and structured problem-solving
- Support global engineering standards development
- Roll out engineering best practices at site level
- Embed EHS and Quality by design principles
- Identify project risks and sustainable solutions
- Drive Early Equipment Management
- Ensure long-term machinery reliability and performance
