Description

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of development projects for innovative medical device coatings. Your role involves coordinating teams, managing budgets, and ensuring quality while driving process improvements and supporting strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• •Degree in natural sciences, biomedical engineering, or comparable qualification
• •At least five years of professional experience in project management
• •Initial experience with regulatory requirements for medical devices, especially FDA regulations
• •Strong leadership and communication skills
• •Structured and solution-oriented work style
• •Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• •Proficiency in common project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Confluence

Tasks

• •Plan and manage development projects for functional coatings
• •Implement projects for medical devices across all phases
• •Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and stakeholders
• •Create and monitor project plans, budgets, and timelines
• •Ensure project success through effective resource management
• •Manage risks and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle
• •Drive continuous improvement of project management processes
• •Support the development of the project portfolio and strategic initiatives
