Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, comparable education in Electrical/Industrial Engineering
  • •Teamwork, communication, and organization skills
  • •Team leadership and project management experience
  • •Knowledge of MS-Office, MS-Project, SAP, Agile
  • •Knowledge of electrical, optical components, WDM technology
  • •Analytical skills for complex problem solving
  • •Conflict resolution and advanced communication skills

Education

Tasks

  • •Generate NPI project plans and transfer plans
  • •Support PLCP projects throughout the product life cycle
  • •Meet manufacturing key dates and transfer milestones
  • •Assess project investments for NPI and transfer projects
  • •Collaborate with teams to resolve design and feasibility issues
  • •Track project metrics and drive corrective actions
  • •Determine test requirements with R&D and industrialization engineers
  • •Provide prototype cost estimates
  • •Coordinate with supply chain to ensure material availability
  • •Implement test capacity for ramp-up and mature volume
  • •Lead industrialization meetings and project reviews
  • •Generate weekly project status reports for specific features
  • •Continuously improve and globalize existing processes
