You will analyze existing data analytics designs and establish a testbed for telemetry data. Your role involves developing and testing a data analytics pipeline while documenting the entire research process and its outcomes.

Requirements

  • Solid programming capabilities in Python and C/C++
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills for technical presentations
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus

Tasks

  • Review existing designs of data analytics pipelines.
  • Identify gaps in current implementations.
  • Establish a testbed for streaming telemetry data.
  • Configure optical networking components for data streaming.
  • Design a data analytics pipeline for telemetry data.
  • Develop a predictive maintenance framework.
  • Implement the analytics pipeline in the testbed.
  • Conduct rigorous testing for effectiveness and robustness.
  • Evaluate performance metrics and security assessments.
  • Compile documentation of research processes and findings.
