Requirements

  • Technical or commercial degree, or comparable apprenticeship with practical experience
  • Hands-on project management experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to lead and influence without direct authority
  • Strong organizational skills, structured working style, and ability to simplify complex topics
  • Solid risk assessment and analytical thinking capabilities
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Proactive, open-minded mindset with desire for continuous improvement
  • Ideally, experience with regulated product development, agile methodologies, and project management/documentation tools
  • Ideally, understanding of quality and regulatory frameworks (ISO 13485, IEC 62304, FDA 21 CFR Part 820)

Tasks

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute software release projects
  • Align stakeholders on project scope and priorities
  • Align stakeholders on project dependencies and timelines
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and roadmaps
  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate release risks
  • Facilitate decision-making
  • Resolve cross-team conflicts
  • Manage change requests and scope adjustments
  • Conduct impact assessments for changes
  • Communicate change impacts to stakeholders
  • Prepare program milestones
  • Provide ongoing status reporting
  • Communicate release progress, risks, and mitigation plans
  • Create and maintain project documentation
  • Coordinate with experts for accurate documentation
  • Improve release processes and documentation
  • Implement updates from changes or audit feedback
  • Collaborate with regulatory experts
  • Support product clearance in required markets
