Tasks

  • Support planning, execution, and tracking of program activities.
  • Coordinate project governance routines, steering meetings, and reporting cycles.
  • Maintain and update program documentation, timelines, risks, and action logs.
  • Prepare structured meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Ensure timely, quality submission of deliverables.
  • Ensure smooth communication flows.
  • Coordinate stakeholder interactions and alignment meetings.
  • Facilitate communication between workstreams and leadership.
  • Draft clear, professional presentations, briefings, and reports.
  • Support budget tracking, resource planning, and administrative processes.
  • Maintain structured, accessible program repositories.
  • Anticipate organizational needs.
  • Proactively address inefficiencies.
  • Assist program leads with decision materials.
  • Provide executive-level support, including analytics, coordination, and documentation.
  • Coordinate workshops, offsites, and strategic planning sessions.
