- •Experience in IT projects and project management knowledge
- •Experience in controlling, finance or auditing for multinationals
- •Solid consulting, problem-solving and communication skills
- •Technology knowledge and functional expertise in transformation areas
- •Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Atlassian tools
- •Fluent English and German language skills

- •Prepare senior stakeholder communications and decision papers
- •Drive program direction through Steering Committees
- •Design and set up project governance structures
- •Manage program controlling, forecasts, and P&L alignments
- •Conduct root-cause analyses for financial reporting
- •Monitor project risks and develop countermeasures
- •Manage on-shore and off-shore external partners
- •Oversee vendor ordering and time booking approvals
- •Participate in internal capability building activities
