Requirements

Tasks

  • Execute and optimize procurement processes
  • Plan and manage requirements, inquiries, and bid comparisons
  • Handle ordering, delivery tracking, and claims
  • Select, evaluate, and develop supplier relationships
  • Manage price and contract negotiations
  • Prepare confidentiality agreements for suppliers
  • Monitor delivery deadlines and quality
  • Initiate corrective actions for deviations
  • Support inventory planning and minimum stock levels
  • Maintain item and supplier data in internal systems
  • Oversee goods receipt inspection
  • Organize and plan shipping of exhibition goods
  • Manage general packaging and shipping activities
  • Create delivery notes
  • Prepare and execute international shipments
  • Prepare ATA Carnets
  • Gather project status information from stakeholders
  • Prepare project reports
  • Track project deadlines
  • Support preparation of quotations
  • Monitor delivery dates with customers
