- Experience in leading large-scale, international, cross-functional projects
- Project leadership in diagnostic environment
- Proven track record in leading large teams
- Ability to motivate and steer specialists and leaders
- Leading project teams to deliver successfully
- End-to-end project responsibility
- Sound understanding of manufacturing process success factors
- Basic understanding and deep interest in NPC product portfolio
- Business-fluent English
- Excellent communication skills
- Navigating various stakeholder levels
- Confidently presenting complex topics to senior management
- Communicating complex topics clearly and understandably
- Relevant certification in project management (e.g. PMI PMP)
Tasks
- Lead or co-lead complex, cross-functional projects
- Maintain end-to-end accountability for project delivery
- Ensure high performance of specialist team
- Adhere to project goals for budget, timeline, and outcome
- Drive independent problem-solving and strategic decisions
- Adapt project plans to changing requirements
- Collaborate with MSAT, NPC Operations, R&D, and external partners
- Coordinate stakeholders across functions and levels
- Ensure seamless information flow and project alignment
