- Advanced SAP knowledge

Tasks
- Support project financial and commercial matters
- Drive project performance
- Prepare project invoices
- Prepare financial accounting and reporting for project sites
- Enter and maintain SOX-compliant order data in SAP
- Handle potential order changes
- Maintain ongoing cost calculations
- Review customer orders for liability, payment, Incoterms
- Prepare order confirmations after clarification
- Invoice customer orders per revenue recognition
- Prepare customer down payment requests per contract
- Procure customer securities (guarantees/bonds)
- Place purchase orders with internal and external suppliers
- Review factory order confirmations commercially
- Verify supplier invoices
- Approve supplier invoices
- Support preparing claims for additional services or defects
- Monitor accounts receivable with Project Management and SAS
- Clarify project tax and logistics with departments
- Plan monthly revenue for invoicing
- Monitor order-related provisions
- Monitor inventories
- Resolve clarification cases and overdues
