Financial Systems Analyst(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Controlling, Operational Finance, or related field
• First hands-on experience in operational controlling or financial systems support
• Fluent English skills (written and verbal)
• German language skills (plus)
• Familiarity with ERP and management reporting systems (SAP, Hyperion, etc.)
• Power BI or Power Query knowledge (plus)
• Solid Excel skills
• High overall digital literacy
• Ability to navigate and connect data across tools
• Curious mindset
• System-oriented thinking
• Interest in KPIs, data flows, and financial metrics (P&L, BS, Cash-Flow understanding)
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility in shifting priorities
• Confidence in communicating with international teams (email/calls)
