Requirements

  • •Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related technical field
  • •Experience in designing or engineering Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), power systems, or grid-connected energy assets
  • •Solid understanding of electrical standards, grid requirements, and safety regulations related to energy storage projects
  • •Ability to analyze and size technical systems, review engineering documentation, and develop structured design guidelines
  • •Experience collaborating with suppliers, reviewing technical specifications, and contributing to commercial discussions
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex technical challenges into practical solutions
  • •Familiarity with SCADA systems, protection concepts, or commissioning procedures
  • •Proficiency in MS Office, with strong analytical and documentation skills
  • •Fluency in business English; additional languages are an asset
  • •Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe

  • •Design and optimize BESS solutions

  • •Collaborate with teams to assess technical and commercial feasibility
  • •Create and maintain technical documentation for BESS systems
  • •Define and ensure compliance with internal electrical standards
