Leading multi-million-dollar EPC mega-projects for HVDC power transmission systems. 10-15 years experience in large-scale turnkey power generation or distribution required. Global team leadership, alignment under Program Director.

• •Excellent fluency in English
• •Experience in large-scale EPC/turnkey projects
• •10-15 years experience as Project director
• •Experience in power generation or distribution
• •Strong communication and relationship management skills
• •Strong collaboration and integration skills
• •Knowledge of risk assessments and methodologies
• •Ability to analyze complex contracts
• •Stress-resilience, flexibility, and creativity
• •Excellent leadership and influence skills

Tasks

• •Lead multi-million-dollar EPC mega-projects
• •Ensure on-time and on-budget project completion
• •Shape execution strategies with other Project Directors
• •Align goals under Program Director leadership
• •Lead a diverse global team of specialists
• •Foster a culture of safety and quality
• •Prioritize health throughout the project lifecycle
• •Manage project changes and assess risks
• •Implement effective risk mitigation strategies
• •Take full ownership of project P&L
• •Lead budget planning and execution
• •Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and partners
• •Support and implement strategic project decisions
• •Provide direction to project managers
• •Report progress to clients and stakeholders
• •Build strong working relationships with clients
• •Devise cost-effective project completion plans
• •Oversee overall project execution and operations
• •Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
• •Maintain environmental policy standards
