- •At least 5 years in energy field, electrical power, electromechanical design, auxiliary power design, or civil design for large projects
- •Experience with HVDC technology or similar business
- •Experience from site work, installation, and/or commissioning
- •Engagement, ambition, and drive
- •Understanding of technical topics and HVDC
- •Strong sense of responsibility
- •Comfort with decision making
- •Fluency in English and German

- •Lead the Plants and civil team as a positive technical leader
- •Drive the vision and technical deliverables for projects
- •Collaborate closely with the Project Lead Engineer and Project engineering manager
- •Take responsibility for the overall design of HVDC land stations and offshore platforms
- •Understand customer specifications to determine optimal HVDC solutions
- •Coordinate technical aspects with Electromechanical design and Civil design teams
- •Ensure proper placement of equipment in CAD layouts
- •Manage auxiliary power systems, including cables and transformers
- •Oversee quality processes and address technical risks
- •Represent Plants in internal and external meetings with customers and partners
