Requirements

  • •Bachelors Degree
  • •7-10 years of employment experience
  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering or business administration
  • •Work experience in finance and production in the automotive industry
  • •Understanding of process changes impact on financial performance
  • •Ideally knowledge of thermoplastic injection molding, stamping, assembly, machined parts & electronics
  • •Extensive experience in quotation process for Tier 1 and direct OEM Business
  • •Broad understanding of manufacturing technologies and costing models
  • •Confident appearance and persuasiveness
  • •High affinity for value driver analysis
  • •Many years of experience in costing for customer RRQ
  • •Tier 1 experience towards OEM's an advantage
  • •Patience, perseverance and passion for cost reduction
  • •Experience with SAP & FACTON
  • •Good MS Excel skills
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English

Bachelor's degree

Work Experience

7 - 10 years

Tasks

  • •Calculate production alternatives for EMIA Automotive projects
  • •Perform early-phase cost calculations using Should Costing
  • •Execute cost calculations throughout the product development process
  • •Conduct capital analyses for ROI and payback periods
  • •Develop full product P&L and visual cost breakdowns
  • •Evaluate lifetime business cases across all project phases
  • •Optimize cost cycles with sales and engineering partners
  • •Introduce cross-site cost methods for new product families
  • •Perform continuous cost and value driver analyses
  • •Implement Target Costing strategies at production sites
  • •Participate in interdisciplinary core teams and finance initiatives
