Tasks
- Develop a Quality Assurance Plan for new product and service projects
- Flow down contract-specific quality requirements to projects, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Plan and implement project milestones and review gates
- Ensure customer deliverables meet requirements
- Plan and perform Quality Control Activities with responsible teams
- Manage Non-Conformance by project and service teams, tracing back to root causes and tracking resolutions
- Escalate urgent issues and non-compliance items
- Promote a preventative culture and provide training and coaching on business processes
- Facilitate the lessons learned process and encourage sharing of best practices
