Description

As an IVV Test Manager, you will lead testing efforts for complex systems, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality delivery. This role involves developing test strategies, overseeing execution, and managing defects to meet stakeholder requirements.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field
• •Proven experience as Senior Tester, IVV Test Manager, Test Lead, or similar role
• •Strong background in managing integration, verification, validation, and test automation
• •Proven expertise in system breakdown, requirements engineering, and testing
• •Experience leading technical teams and managing projects across multiple sites
• •Knowledge of agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and SAFe
• •Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• •Strong organizational skills and self-motivated work ethic
• •Ability to motivate and inspire team members
• •Flexible and adaptable to changing project demands
• •Strong communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement
• •Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• •Familiarity with defense industry standards and practices
