Tasks
- Lead cross-functional and international project teams.
- Ensure project targets are met for assigned projects.
- Foster good collaboration within project teams.
- Manage project synergies and dependencies.
- Create project plans.
- Define project milestones, deliverables, and costs.
- Communicate project plans.
- Update project plans.
- Track project status, progress, risks, and issues.
- Communicate project status, impacts, and profitability.
- Initiate and support escalations for at-risk targets.
- Follow up on project escalations.
- Drive solutions and decisions for program success.
- Provide input on sales prices for design changes.
- Provide input on IC sales price updates.
- Ensure adherence to APQP processes.
- Ensure adherence to customer-specific processes.
- Act as key customer contact during the program.
- Manage engineering changes with the Launch Manager.
- Manage VAVEs with the Launch Manager.
- Lead a safety-first approach and zero-accident culture.
- Ensure and monitor accident prevention.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Fulfill assigned deputy or back-up roles.
