- Act as central interface between internal stakeholders and customers
- Ensure clear requirements and transparent communication
- Proactively identify and mitigate program risks
- Establish escalation paths and drive problem-solving
- Monitor program KPIs and financials
- Prepare status reports for management
- Ensure compliance with ZEISS processes and standards
- Drive continuous improvement in program management
- Contribute to best-practice sharing across teams
