  • Cover program topics like scaling, internationalization, and fundraising.
  • Cultivate relationships with mentors, investors, and partners globally.
  • Design dynamic workshops and speaker sessions for startups.
  • Translate market knowledge and technological trends.
  • Convert global best practices into learning experiences.
  • Scout and engage with European startups and partners.
  • Ensure smooth program execution for all activities.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to understand startup challenges.
  • Document startup meetings with mentors and partners.
  • Synthesize startup learnings from the program.
  • Consolidate mentor feedback.
  • Prepare reports for participants.
  • Leverage modern technology to reduce costs.
  • Increase program efficiencies using modern technology.
  • Prepare program briefs for startups.
  • Support startup onboarding and participation.
  • Support startups' market understanding through research and outreach.
  • Support program teams with event management and coordination.
  • Manage databases and track program metrics for evaluation.
  • Manage the program's digital presence.
  • Create content and engage communities on social media.
