Requirements

  • •Completed degree in industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain management, or comparable qualification
  • •At least 2 years of professional experience in production planning or production logistics
  • •Knowledge of KANBAN, TPS, and KAIZEN
  • •Experience with SAP/R3 PP or SAP PP/MM desirable
  • •Good MS Excel skills
  • •Hands-on mentality and high independence
  • •Analytical thinking and structured working method
  • •Customer-oriented mindset
  • •Very good German and English skills

Tasks

  • •Manage and monitor production orders
  • •Ensure supplier compliance
  • •Plan and coordinate material flow from storage to production line
  • •Schedule and optimize resource utilization
  • •Create and maintain SAP reports (SAP PP/MM)
  • •Oversee inventory and analyze production and inventory metrics
  • •Work on KAIZEN and LEAN projects
  • •Identify bottlenecks and develop efficient process improvements
  • •Collaborate closely with purchasing, logistics, quality, and production teams
  • •Independently source raw materials from approved suppliers
