- •Act as the primary interface between R&D, Support, and Quality Management
- •Provide expert 3rd-level technical support for hardware products
- •Consolidate product support requirements from internal and external stakeholders
- •Contribute to design discussions to ensure service-friendly products
- •Investigate and manage technical complaints and CAPAs
- •Coordinate in-depth inspections and special repair analyses
- •Identify technical trends to drive corrective and preventive actions
- •Transfer product knowledge from R&D to the global Support Organization
- •Channel field and supplier feedback into continuous product improvements
- •Initiate product changes based on technical insights and complaint data
- •Maintain deep expertise in the assigned product portfolio
