- Translate business needs into user stories and technical specifications
- Support the international rollout of e-commerce and sales tools
- Maintain and quality assure customer portal content
- Monitor KPIs to optimize portal functionality and acceptance
- Link e-commerce solutions with digital shop floor systems
- Manage CRM software and expand digital sales processes
- Conduct global training on digitalized sales processes
