Tasks

  • •Design and optimize digital products for the S division
  • •Develop a multi-channel concept for holistic customer experiences
  • •Manage the global operation of the INH shop floor platform
  • •Act as the interface between departments and IT
  • •Identify customer problems in shop floor and warehouse processes
  • •Define and prioritize requirements with sales and marketing teams
  • •Translate business needs into user stories and technical specifications
  • •Coordinate international rollouts and pilot customer support
  • •Maintain quality assurance for product and training content
  • •Monitor KPIs to optimize functionality and user acceptance
  • •Integrate INH into digital sales and service processes
  • •Standardize sales workflows within central platforms like SalesCloud
  • •Conduct global training sessions for internal and external partners
