- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with ability to define measurable outcomes and prioritize based on value
- Solid understanding of modern data ecosystems, including data warehousing, BI tools, data pipelines, and metadata management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to drive change and adoption
Tasks
- Define and manage product vision and roadmap
- Ensure alignment with business priorities and strategies
- Lead design and implementation of data quality framework
- Own and enhance enterprise data quality platform (Ataccama)
- Configure and prioritize platform features
- Collaborate with data domain owners and stakeholders
- Gather requirements and define data quality use cases
- Manage and prioritize product backlog
- Define user stories and guide delivery with technical teams
- Ensure alignment with data governance policies
- Define and monitor KPIs for data quality performance
- Measure platform adoption and business value
- Drive organizational adoption through communication
- Train and enable data domain teams
