- Drive alignment with cross-functional business objectives
- Ensure smooth operational integration
- Manage and support changes, business projects, and roll-out projects from planning to execution
- Drive innovation and introduce new features to meet business targets
- Collaborate with process owners, ERP Applications leadership, program teams, and external partners
