- Define UX consistency standards

- Own cross-product UX audit process
- Translate audit findings into Outcome Briefs
- Represent customer experience in quarterly planning
- Bring findings and priorities into roadmap conversations
- Track platform quality from customer perspective
- Act on customer feedback and support trends
- Inform product decisions with usage data
- Ensure clear experience standard is used
- Complete first cross-product UX audit
- Integrate top findings into squad backlogs
- Ensure platform feels unified
