Product backlog ownership and prioritization for bioprocess software used in GMP-regulated environments. Product development and agile framework knowledge required. 30 vacation days, remote options.

Requirements

  • Degree in natural, life, computer, IT sciences, or relevant technical/scientific qualification
  • Product development, product/project management experience, ideally in GMP-regulated environments
  • Knowledge of agile development frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Understanding of biopharmaceutical processes and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to structure, consolidate, and represent requirements for development teams
  • Strong communication, collaboration, structured, solution- and delivery-oriented working style
  • Excellent English skills; German skills advantageous

Tasks

  • Own and maintain Product Backlog
  • Prioritize and improve Product Backlog
  • Set product direction with data and customer insights
  • Translate requirements into Product Backlog Items
  • Collaborate with Product Development teams
  • Refine Product Backlog Items with stakeholders
  • Align with internal stakeholders for value maximization
  • Review and approve completed work
  • Demonstrate product functionalities to stakeholders
  • Communicate product status and progress

Work Experience

  • approx. 1 - 4 years

Education

  • Vocational certificationOR
  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – is a plus
