Requirements
- •Minimum 7 years proven experience as Product Manager or similar role
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
- •Technical affinity and understanding
- •Experience with mechanical components and/or industrial products
- •Highly self-motivated, structured, organized, and proactive attitude
- •Good communication abilities with a customer-centric approach
- •Motivated to work in a very international team
- •Fluency in English and German

- •Drive portfolio decisions for the Components Business Unit
- •Define clear product specifications before development
- •Ensure decision-making on innovations is based on validated market feedback
- •Track performance and challenges across the product portfolio
- •Facilitate the flow of product-relevant information
- •Support decisions to align the portfolio with market needs
- •Act as the voice of the customer in product development
- •Participate in customer projects to understand their needs
- •Identify key benefits and differentiation points of existing products
- •Drive the product roadmap for future developments
- •Compile data sheets and technical documentation
- •Lead operational topics post-launch with Quality and Engineering teams
- •Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Operations for alignment on initiatives
- •Partner with Marketing to develop storytelling and go-to-market strategies
- •Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform decision-making
- •Improve information flows and processes for operational excellence
- •Build relationships with internal stakeholders for cross-functional collaboration
