- Fluency in written and spoken English and/or German

Tasks
- Identify market trends for SAP application management services
- Evaluate new technologies for SAP cloud solutions
- Create managed services portfolio roadmaps
- Design new global managed services content and offerings
- Perform cost calculations for new global managed services
- Manage end-to-end service offers
- Manage portfolio lifecycle for service offers
- Support sales and presales teams with expertise
- Maintain product documentation (SOWs, costing, pricing)
- Support sales enablement with Presales & Bid Management
- Provide product knowledge to internal teams
- Conduct enablement sessions for market launch readiness
- Prepare decision-making templates for senior management
