Requirements

  • Degree in (business) information technology, economics, or comparable qualification
  • At least 3-5 years professional experience in SAP technology consulting, operations, and support
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP), Infrastructure-as-a-Service or Platform-as-a-Service, SAP products and technology (S/4HANA, SAP Netweaver, SAP ECC)
  • Advantageous knowledge of automation and AI
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and/or German
  • Comfort with occasional (inter)national travel
  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confident manner
  • Team-oriented approach to work (international environment)

Tasks

  • Identify and evaluate market trends for SAP Managed Cloud Services
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies for SAP Managed Cloud Services
  • Create managed services portfolio roadmaps
  • Design content for new global managed cloud services
  • Define offerings for new global managed cloud services
  • Perform cost calculation for new global managed cloud services
  • Manage end-to-end service offers
  • Oversee go-to-market, portfolio, and delivery
  • Focus on portfolio lifecycle management
  • Support sales and presales teams with expertise
  • Maintain key product documentation
  • Manage SOWs, costing, pricing, and sales enablement
  • Collaborate with Presales & Bid Management
  • Provide internal teams with product knowledge
  • Conduct enablement sessions for market launch readiness
  • Prepare decision-making templates for management
