- 5+ years Platform Management or Digital Enablement
- 3+ years conversational AI, copilots, or intelligent automation
- Hands-on Copilot Studio and M365 ecosystem experience
- Strong AI risk, governance, and compliance understanding
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication
- Responsible AI frameworks experience
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI and enterprise AI architectures
- Experience enabling citizen developers or fusion teams
- Microsoft Power Platform or AI certifications (a plus)
Tasks
- Define and own product vision and roadmap
- Identify high-value AI use cases
- Align AI strategy with enterprise priorities
- Serve as product owner for conversational AI
- Define governance and operating model
- Ensure data access and grounding
- Implement security, privacy, and compliance controls
- Manage lifecycle of AI agents
- Partner with Security, Legal, Privacy, Risk, and Architecture teams
- Ensure AI solutions align with Responsible AI principles
- Prioritize Copilot and agent use cases
- Assess feasibility, risk, and value of AI scenarios
- Determine delivery approach
- Drive adoption through enablement programs
- Create playbooks for best practices
- Promote community of practice for AI builders
- Work with Communications and Change teams
- Define success metrics
- Track productivity gains
- Measure task deflection and automation
- Evaluate user satisfaction and adoption
- Continuously optimize solutions
