Product Manager Battery Solutions / PRODUCT MANAGER IV(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or equivalent
- MBA highly preferred
- Excellent technical knowledge of TE Automotive product portfolio
- Knowledge of Automotive Terminal, Connectors, LV & HV, Contactors, Relays preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive network
- Strong knowledge of S&OP process
- Strong knowledge of CAPEX planning process
- Solid knowledge of automotive Operations / Manufacturing processes
- Strong financial acumen
- Proven track record / managerial courage
- Demonstrated Project/Program Management experience
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong automotive market knowledge
- Strong EV market knowledge
- Battery connectivity knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of cell-to cell, module-to module and module to BDU connections preferred
- Demonstrated P&L responsibility
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong business acumen
- Leadership experience in cross functional / regional teams
- Leadership experience in matrix environments
- Self-direction and motivation
- Excellent communication skills

Tasks
- Drive product portfolio definition for E-mobility battery connectivity solutions
- Manage key technological initiatives
- Identify market trends and coordinate benchmarking activities
- Define next-generation E-mobility battery solutions for EMEA customers
- Identify portfolio gaps and create product roadmaps
- Conduct market analysis to determine key OEM and Tier 1 requirements
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop account strategies
- Work with engineering departments to drive product innovation
- Define technology roadmaps with stakeholders
- Develop a strategic plan for the next five years
- Ensure product line profitability and growth
- Collaborate with operations to secure production capacity and technology needs
- Support TE presence at trade shows
- Organize and support technical workshops with customers
- Manage selected initiatives and key technological projects
