Tasks

  • Improve digital customer journeys based on user needs

  • Develop cross-product customer journeys for outstanding experiences
  • Advocate for the end-customer target group
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to embed user perspectives
  • Measure and report customer satisfaction transparently
  • Plan and coordinate product launches and releases
  • Act as central point of contact for country organizations
