You will take full ownership of product areas, using AI to build high-impact mobile and web solutions that simplify elderly care for families and caregivers across the company's platform.

Requirements

• •Fluency in English
• •8-12 years software engineering experience
• •4–7 years software engineering experience
• •Strong TypeScript, Node.js, and React skills
• •Experience with PostgreSQL, Express.js, and TypeORM
• •Experience building mobile applications
• •Hands-on experience with AWS and Docker
• •Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools
• •Experience conducting user research
• •Pragmatic mindset and user impact focus
• •High autonomy in lean teams
• •German language skills (B2+)
• •Experience in regulated industries
• •Experience with billing and financial systems
• •Familiarity with German social care regulations
• •Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms
• •CI/CD pipeline experience
• •Monitoring and observability experience

Tasks

• •Own product areas from discovery to delivery
