- •Strong fundamentals and high learning velocity
- •Expertise in designing B2B Software applications
- •Ideally 2–5 years software development experience
- •Capacity to learn Node.js, React, Postgres, Prisma, and TypeScript
- •Enthusiastic and collaborative work attitude
- •Previous team leadership experience (plus)
- •Previous founding experience (plus)
- •Autonomy, detail-orientation, and project management skills
- •Strong engineering fundamentals and efficient coding
- •Focus on building and shipping code
- •Senior-level experience preferred

- •Architect the core product
- •Work closely with customers
- •Ship high-impact features end-to-end
- •Build and iterate on a filtering layer
- •Validate LLM-based approaches for integrations

- •Develop features based on real-time customer requests
- •Identify and solve problems without bureaucracy
- •Manage features from idea through production
- •Monitor and maintain reliable production systems
- •Iterate on features based on performance and feedback
