Tasks
- Own features end to end
- Scope and design solutions
- Build features across the stack
- Ship and maintain features post-release
- Join customer calls
- Observe product usage
- Read support context
- Influence product direction
- Shape feature development
- Work on Chat, Agents, Workflows, Mobile, and admin tooling
- Develop infrastructure for agent evaluations
- Create product surfaces for agent behavior comparison
- Catch and address regressions
- Build trust in agent functionality
- Design a system for organizing attachments and files
- Ensure user and workspace knowledge is retrievable and governed
- Implement governance for agents in enterprise workspaces
- Manage agent creation and usage
- Audit and secure agent activities
- Develop Excel and Outlook plugins
- Integrate Langdock into existing enterprise tools
- Create multi-step automations with agents
- Implement conditions, loops, and structured outputs
- Design human-in-the-loop nodes
- Lead the fix for production issues
- Own changes in production
