- 3 years relevant work experience in product development of electronic materials or ink formulation, ideally in printed electronics industry

- Experience with printing equipment and processes is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to design and interpret experiments
- Fluent English skills
- Chinese language skills is a plus
