Requirements

  • Master degree in chemistry, materials science, or related field (PhD preferred)
  • 3 years relevant work experience in product development of electronic materials or ink formulation, ideally in printed electronics industry
  • Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment for material formulation and characterization
  • Experience with printing equipment and processes is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to design and interpret experiments
  • Fluent English skills
  • Chinese language skills is a plus
