- •4+ years in product compliance or regulatory roles within SaaS/tech
- •Understanding of fiscal regulations, invoicing mandates, tax reporting, and data protection
- •Ability to independently own projects from planning through delivery
- •Experience translating complex regulations into actionable product requirements
- •Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills
- •Excellent communication and technical explanation skills
- •Knowledge of European fiscal regulations
- •Experience with API-based fiscal integrations and tax authority platforms
- •Professional certifications in tax or compliance

- •Monitor global fiscal and legal regulatory developments
- •Maintain the product compliance roadmap
- •Provide early risk assessments and deadline visibility
- •Advise on market prioritization based on regulatory risk
- •Define country-specific compliance requirements and constraints
- •Review and shape compliance-critical product workflows
- •Translate regulations into structured product specifications
- •Partner with Engineering on audit-ready implementations
- •Participate in fiscal integration design reviews
- •Provide validation and release recommendations for changes
- •Validate fiscal and regulatory flows before launch
- •Communicate country readiness status and limitations
- •Define compliance acceptance criteria and test scenarios
- •Ensure documentation supports audits and certifications
- •Verify compliance certifications with fiscal partners
- •Align with third-party integrations and regulatory bodies
- •Support Sales and Customer Success in regulatory discussions
- •Identify compliance constraints to reduce deal risk
- •Maintain a repository of country-specific regulatory logic
- •Develop compliance playbooks, checklists, and guidelines
- •Track regulatory changes and drive product updates
- •Monitor incidents and improve compliance processes
