Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• •Over 5 years experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or quality assurance
• •Experience in fitness, consumer electronics, or medical device industry ideally
• •Profound experience with international certification schemes like CE and FCC
• •Experience with ISO 12100, UL, and MDR standards
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• •Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments
• •Independent driving of compliance topics
• •Desired experience with ISO 12100

Tasks

• •Ensure products comply with global regulations
• •Identify and assess potential product risks
• •Implement measures to mitigate identified risks
• •Maintain comprehensive compliance documentation and reports
• •Prepare compliance reports for management review
• •Integrate compliance requirements into product design
• •Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams
• •Conduct internal audits of compliance processes
• •Provide regulatory training to team members
• •Coordinate product testing with external laboratories
• •Build out material compliance workflows
• •Take full ownership of specific regulatory areas
• •Plan and lead necessary compliance changes
• •Act as an expert resource for stakeholders
• •Optimize systems for managing regulatory documentation
• •Address immediate regulatory challenges and deadlines
