In this role, you will drive digital transformation in procurement by designing efficient processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading initiatives that enhance operational performance and support the long-term digital strategy.

Requirements

• •University degree in business, digital function, or equivalent experience
• •7-10 years of business experience within procurement or surrounding functions
• •Progressive experience in procurement processes, tools, and systems management
• •Understanding of procurement best practices and digitalization trends
• •Knowledge of procurement software and systems
• •Analytical mindset with ability to identify process improvement opportunities
• •Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• •Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
• •Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies
• •Affinity to design processes and tools
• •Process ownership or process development experience
• •Lean Six Sigma certification (yellow/green belt or comparable)
• •Experience in different procurement functions or tools (Ivalua or similar)

Tasks

• •Design and improve end-to-end procurement processes
• •Manage system enhancements and capability deployments

• •Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive automation and standardization
• •Monitor system performance and process adherence
• •Proactively resolve issues and mitigate risks
• •Maintain high levels of operational reliability and user satisfaction
• •Act as the procurement representative in enterprise-wide digital initiatives
• •Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and process standards
• •Lead the design and ongoing refinement of procurement workflows
• •Conduct assessments to identify process gaps and optimization opportunities
• •Translate findings into structured improvement initiatives
• •Establish and maintain governance frameworks for global procurement teams
• •Collaborate in cross-functional process development initiatives
• •Design and implement integrated, end-to-end procurement processes
